2016年,在政策利好、种植效益高的影响下,黑龙江农民种植水稻的积极性进一步提高,水稻种植面积增长2.2%,水稻生产持续丰收;稻米市场价格呈现以稳为主的走势,优质优价明显。在国家支持政策弱化、稻米供给充足的环境下,黑龙江稻米价格后期将呈稳中趋弱走势。
In 2016, under the influence of favorable policies and high planting benefits, the enthusiasm of farmers in Heilongjiang to grow rice was further improved, the planting area office increased by 2.2 percent, and the total output of rice increased continuously. Market price of rice mainly had a stable trend with high price for high quality.
