农户农地流转行为影响因素的实证研究

Empirical Study on Influencing Factors of Farmers' Farmland Circulation

基于湖北省、安徽省6个村的调研数据,采取Logistic回归分析法对调研地区农户农地流转意愿的影响因素进行实证分析。研究发现,影响农地流转的主要因素包括户主年龄、户主受教育程度、户主从事的非农职业、家庭劳动力的非农收入、现有耕地面积、地理位置等。未来应该从提高农户非农收入水平、大力发展农村教育、健全农村社会保障体制和完善土地管理制度等方面入手,推动农地流转。

Based on the survey data of six villages in Hubei province and Anhui province, the Logistic regression analysis method was used to analyze the influencing factors of farmers＇ willingness to transfer farmland in researched areas. The study found that the main factors affecting farmland circulation included the age of the head of a household, the education level of the head of a household, the non-agricultural occupation of the head of a household, the non-agricultural income of the family labor force, the existing cultivated land area and geographical location. The authors suggested that we should enhance the level of non-agricultural income, vigorously develop rural education, improve the rural social security system and perfect the land management system to promote the transfer of agricultural land.
