内蒙古牧区资源开发中的“资源诅咒”现象分析

Phenomenon of "Resource Curse" in the Exploitation of Pastoral Resources in Inner Mongolia

矿产开发创造庞大的经济财富使内蒙古区域经济高速增长,但牧民生活仍未摆脱贫困,内蒙古牧区"资源诅咒"现象的确存在。通过内蒙古牧区牧户的实地调查,对矿产资源开发区域和未开发矿产资源区的牧户收入与支出状况进行分析,探析"资源诅咒"现象存在的原因,并提出解决问题的对策。

The exploitation of mineral resources has created huge economic wealth to promote the rapid growth of regional economy in Inner Mongolia, but the pastoral life still can＇t get rid of poverty and ＂resource curse＂ phenomenon exists in the pastoral areas of Inner Mongolia. Through field investigation on farm household in the pastoral areas of Inner Mongolia, the authors analyzed the household income and expenditure situation of mineral development and undeveloped areas, demonstrated the reasons for the existence of ＂resource curse＂ phenomenon, and put forward some countermeasures on solving the problems.
