阿奇霉素与红霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床疗效比较研究

Clinical effect comparison of azithromycin and erythromycin in treating mycoplasma pneumonia children

目的比较阿奇霉素和红霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床疗效。方法选取郫县妇幼保健院2015年1月—2016年6月收治的支原体肺炎患儿148例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各74例。患儿入院后均给予常规对症治疗,对照组患儿给予红霉素治疗,观察组患儿给予阿奇霉素治疗。比较两组患儿的临床疗效、临床症状(发热、咳嗽、肺部啰音)消失时间及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患儿临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患儿退热时间、咳嗽消退时间及肺部啰音消退时间短于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床疗效优于红霉素,可有效改善患儿的临床症状,且安全性更高。

Objective To compare the clinical effect of azithromycin and erythromycin in treating mycoplasma pneumonia children.Methods A total of 148 cases of children with mycoplasma pneumonia were selected from January 2015 to June 2016 in Pi County Maternal and Child Health Care,which were randomly divided into control group and observation group,74 cases in each group.Children were given conventional therapy,control group was given erythromycin therapy,observation group was given azithromycin therapy.The clincial effect,disappear time of clinical symptoms（fever,cough,pulmonary rale） and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical effect of observation group was better than control group（P〈0.05）.The observation group of disappear time of fever,cough and pulmonary rale were shorter than control group,adverse reactions rate was lower than control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The clinical effect of azithromycin is better than erythromycin in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia,it can more effectively improve the clinical symptoms of children,and with higher safety.
