地氟醚低流量吸入复合硬膜外麻醉在胸腔肿瘤手术中的应用效果

Application effect of desflurane low-flow inhaled compound epidural anesthesia in thoracic neoplasms

目的探讨地氟醚低流量吸入复合硬膜外麻醉在胸腔肿瘤手术中的应用效果。方法选取厦门市第二医院胸外科2014年1月—2017年1月收治的行胸腔肿瘤手术患者59例,随机分为甲组(n=29)和乙组(n=30)。甲组患者给予地氟醚低流量吸入麻醉,乙组患者在甲组基础上联合硬膜外麻醉方式。比较两组患者的临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果乙组患者临床疗效优于甲组,不良反应发生率低于甲组(P<0.05)。结论采用地氟醚低流量吸入复合硬膜外麻醉方式在胸腔肿瘤手术中的应用效果明显,且安全性好。

Objective To explore the application effect of desflurane low-flow inhaled compound epidural anesthesia in thoracic neoplasms.Methods A total of 59 cases of patients underwent tumor surgery were selected from January 2014 to January 2017 in NO.2 Hospital of Xiamen,which were randomly divided into A group（n=29） and B group（n=30）.A group was given desflurane low-flow inhalation anesthesia,B group was given epidural anesthesia based on A group.The clinical effect and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical effect of B group was better than A group,adverse reactions rate was lower than A group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Desflurane low-flow inhaled compound epidural anesthesia have an obviously clinical effect in thoracic neoplasms,and with good safety.
