桑杷止咳汤治疗慢性支气管炎急性发作的临床疗效

Clinical effect of mulberry zhi ke decoction in treating acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis

目的探讨桑杷止咳汤治疗慢性支气管炎急性发作的临床疗效。方法选取丰城市白土中心卫生院2014年8月—2015年8月收治的慢性支气管炎急性加重患者120例,按照治疗方法的不同分为对照组和试验组,各60例。对照组患者采用基础治疗,试验组患者在对照组基础上给予桑杷止咳汤治疗,两组患者均持续治疗7 d。比较两组患者的临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果试验组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用桑杷止咳汤治疗慢性支气管炎急性加重期临床疗效确切,且安全性好。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Mulberry zhi ke decoction in treating acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis.Methods A total of 120 cases of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis were selected from August 2014 to August 2015 in White Clay Center Health Center of Fengcheng,which were divided into control group and experimental group according to different treatments,60 cases in each group.Control group was given basic treatment,experimental group was treated with mulberry zhi ke decoction on the basis of control group,both groups were treated for 7 days.The clinical effect and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The experimental group of effective rate was higher than control group,the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Mulberry zhi ke decoction has an obviously clinical effect in treating acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis,and with good safety.
