腹腔镜手术与开腹直肠前切除术治疗直肠癌的临床效果比较研究

Clinica effect comparison of laparoscopic surgery and open rectal anterior resection on rectal cancer

目的比较腹腔镜手术与开腹直肠前切除术治疗直肠癌的临床效果。方法选取沧州市人民医院2012年12月—2016年6月收治的直肠癌患者90例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组患者采用开腹直肠前切除术治疗,观察组患者采用腹腔镜手术治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、术中出血量及术后肛门排气时间,并观察两组患者术后并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者术中出血量少于对照组,术后肛门排气时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用腹腔镜手术治疗直肠癌临床疗效优于开腹直肠前切除术,其可减少术中出血量及术后并发症,促进疾病快速恢复。

Objective To compare the clinica effect of laparoscopic surgery and open rectal anterior resection on rectal cancer.Methods A total of 90 cases of rectal cancer patients were selected from December 2015 to June 2016 in Cangzhou People ＆#39;s Hospital,which were randomly divided into control group and observation group,45 cases in each group.Control group was treated with open rectal anterior resection surgery,observation group was treated with laparoscopic surgery.The clinica effect,peroperative bleeding and anus exhaust time were compared between the two groups,the complications were observed between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than control group（P〈0.05）.The observation group of peroperative bleeding was less than control group,anus exhaust time was shorter than control group（P〈0.05）.The complications rate of observation group was lower than control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery has a more clinical effect in treating rectal cancer than open rectal anterior resection,it can reduce the peroperative bleeding and complications,and promote the disease recovery.
