校企院联合培养模式建设高水平临床病理实训基地

Construction of high level clinical pathology training base in integrated school-hospital-enterprise training mode

现阶段我国的特殊国情及人民群众对健康的需求使得病床数迅猛增加,病理医生缺口巨大。许多医学院校根据市场及医疗需求开设了本科或硕士层次的临床病理学专业,但缺乏相应的配套设施及实训基地,导致培养的学生毕业后不能够很好的适应临床工作岗位的需求。病理学实训基地是开展病理学实践教学、培养学生实践技能的重要场所。南方医科大学根据临床病理学专业及其他专业设置的需求,联合学校、医院、企业联合培养模式共建涵盖"教学、科研、实践(服务)"的一体化的"校院企"病理学实训基地。

Chinese special national conditions and the health needs of the people at present stage made sickbeds increase rapidly. Pathologists had a huge gap. Many medical colleges or universities set clinical pathology for the undergraduate or master＇ students in line with medical market and heath needs. But these college were lack of appropriate facilities and training base. The students after graduation could not be well adapted to clinical work. Pathology training base was the most important place to performed pathology practice teaching and training for students＇ practical skills. According to the needs of clinical pathology specialty and other specialties course, Southern Medical University unified the university, enterprise and hospital to build a pathology training that covering teaching, research and practice or service which called integrated school- hospital-enterprise pathology training base.
