摘要
目的建立饮料中7种人工合成色素柠檬黄、新红、苋菜红、胭脂红、日落黄、亮蓝、赤藓红的高效液相色谱法检测方法。方法样品中的7种人工合成色素在pH=6的条件下经1.0%的乙腈水提取,超声,离心后供液相色谱检测。检测波长为420、520、650 nm,外标法定量。结果 7种人工合成色素在1.0~50μg/mL浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.9981,平均回收率为73.6%~107.2%,RSD为7.65%~14.77%,检出限均为5 mg/kg。结论本方法操作简便、经济实用、结果准确可靠,可用于样品的批量检测。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of 7 kinds of synthetic pigments(including tatrazine,new red,amaranth,carmine,sunset yellow,brilliant blue and erythrosine) in beverage by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Methods The 7 kinds of synthetic pigments in samples were extracted by 1.0% acetonitrile(pH=6) solution and ultrasonic.After centrifuged,the extractions were determined by HPLC at 420,520,and 650 nm.The external standard method was used for quantitative analysis.Results The method showed a good linearity in the range of 1.0~50 μg/mL for 7 kinds of synthetic pigments with correlation coefficients above 0.9981.The recovery rates,relative standard deviations(RSDs) and detection limits of this method were 73.6%~107.2%,7.65%~14.77% and 5 mg/kg,respectively.Conclusion The method is simple,economical and practical with accurate and reliable results,which is suitable for batch samples determination.
