摘要
为及时了解媒体对我国食品安全工作的关注动态,相应调整并完善我国食品风险交流的方向和策略,国家食品安全风险评估中心建立了食品安全舆情监测、研判与处置工作机制,对食品安全舆情进行实时监测和响应分析。本研究首次对我国2015年食品安全舆情进行了监测与研判,分别从舆情报道热度、报道媒体、报道主题等多方面分析全年监测的1450条食品安全舆情,重点研判254条食源性疾病相关舆情,并对4件典型食品安全舆情事件处置进行探讨,提出食品安全舆情监测工作建议,以期对相关部门开展食品安全风险交流工作提供一定的参考依据。
In order to grasp the media's attention to food safety work of China in time,adjust and perfect the direction and strategy of food safety risk communication,a food safety monitoring mechanism work for analysis and disposal public opinion was set up in China national center for food safety risk assessment,so as to realize real-time monitor and response analysis of food safety public opinion.This study monitored and investigated food safety public opinions of China in 2015 for the first time,and the public opinions were analyzed from many aspects including the heat reports,media reports,reported theme,etc.Overall 1450 food safety public opinions and 254 foodbome disease related public opinions were analyzed,and 4 typical food safety public opinions treatments were discussed.Some proposals related to policy monitor of food safety public opinions were given in order to provide references for relevant departments to carry out food safety risk communication work.
