局部清创联合碘仿换药治疗糖尿病足的临床观察

目的探讨局部清创联合碘仿换药治疗糖尿病足的临床疗效。方法选取我科糖尿病足患者50例,随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组(n=25)给予局部清创联合碘仿换药治疗,对照组(n=25)给予常规清创换药治疗,观察30天后,对比分析两组患者的疗效、创面愈合情况。结果 (1)实验组治疗总有效率为96.43%,对照组治疗总有效率为74.52%;实验组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)实验组患者住院时间及创面愈合时间均明显短于对照组,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论碘仿换药可提高糖尿病足溃疡治疗的治愈率和总有效率,缩短糖尿病足的治疗时间,加快创面愈合速度,减少病患的痛苦。因此,值得在临床中采纳应用。

Object ire To investigate the clinical efficacy of local debridement combined with iodoforming dressing in the treatment of diabetic foot. Methods Fifty patients with diabetes mellitus foot were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group （n=25） was treated with local debridement combined with iodoforming dressing, while the control group （n=25） After treatment for 30 days, the curative effect and wound healing of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results ①The total effective rate was 96.43% in the experimental group and 74.52% in the control group. The total effective rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）.②The time of hospitalization and wound healing time of the experimental group weresignificantly shorter than the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conelusion Iodoforming can improve the cure rate and total effective rate of diabetic foot ulcer, shorten the treatment time of diabetic foot, speed up wound healing and less pain. Therefore, it is worth in clinical application.
