健康教育在改善心力衰竭患者自我护理能力中的应用观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨在心力衰竭患者护理干预中,实施健康教育对其自我护理能力的影响。方法选取心力衰竭患者64例,随机分为两组,各组32例,对照组行常规健康宣教,观察组行四阶段健康教育,观测两组自护行为量表(SCHFI)测评结果。结果观察组自护管理、自护维持、自护信心均明显高于干预前,且高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通过实施四阶段健康教育,可较好地实现对心力衰竭患者自我护理能力的提升。
