摘要
汽车冲压件在成形过程中很容易出现表面的拉伤问题,如果继续生产,模具的表面也会出现拉伤,生产出的制件易造成制件报废或返工返修,既增加单件的成本,又增加了模具维护的成本。通常解决问题的方法是停机对模具表面进行修磨、抛光,但容易造成模具凸、凹模间隙变大,产品品质降低。因此就如何解决制件拉伤问题展开了系统的分析,重点对其中一个解决方法——模具表面TD覆层处理(热扩散法碳化物覆层处理)进行详细说明。经过对成型模具进行TD覆层处理,改善了冲压件的拉伤缺陷问题,保证了产品质量,保证了产品的顺利加工。
Problem surfaces are very easy to appear in automobile stamping parts during the forming process. If production continues, die surface will appear to be scratched resulting in scrapping and rework parts, which increase the production cost and the die maintenance cost. The common method to solve the problem is to stop machine for grinding, polishing the die surface, but it is easy to cause the large gap between die and punch, and reduce the product quality. Therefore, systematic analysis on how to solve the problem of workpiece scoring is carried out; and one of the solutions - die surface TD coating treatment(Thermal Diffision Carbide Coating Process) is focused on and described in detail. By using the TD coating treatment on the die surfaces, the scoring problem of the workpiece is improved, which can guarantee the product quality and ensure the smooth process of manufacturing.
