天津市某三甲医院2013-2015年水痘流行情况分析

Epidemiological analysis of varicella in a 3A hospital of Tianjin from 2013 to 2015

【目的】分析2013-2015年天津市某三甲医院水痘上报情况,了解我院水痘流行病学特征及就诊患者青少年及成年水痘发病情况,为进一步完善水痘疫情监测工作提供参考依据。【方法】采用回顾性调查研究的方法,收集整理天津市某三甲医院2013-2015年3年期间门诊就诊的水痘患者资料,根据水痘报告情况及疫情监测资料进行描述性流行病学分析,采用Excel2007和SPSS软件进行数据整理和统计分析。【结果】水痘是我院冬春季主要流行的法定传染病,占全部法定传染病的41.8%(P<0.05),患者男性多于女性患者。水痘患者集中分布于天津市河东区及东丽区,服务涉及天津市各个区县。水痘患者集中为学生、工人以及商业服务人员。水痘发病有明显的季节性,两个高峰分别出现在3~7月以及10~12月。我院接诊水痘患者中,青少年及成人水痘发生率较高,15岁以上水痘患者占比超过50%。【结论】2013-2015年间,我院接诊水痘患者数量逐年上升,水痘占法定传染病比例上升,为冬春季主要流行的传染病。同时,青少年及成人水痘发病上升,发病年龄推迟明显,应当引起足够重视。

【Objective】To analyze the case reports of varicella in a 3A hospital of Tianjin from 2013 to 2015,learn the epidemiological features of varicella and prevalence in adolescents and adults,and provide references for the surveillance of varicella.【Methods】The data of varicella outpatients in a 3A hospital of Tianjin were collected and reviewed retrospectively from 2013 to 2015.According to the case reports and surveillance of varicella,the epidemiological features were described and the data were statistically analyzed via Excel2007 and SPSS 16.0.【Results】Varicella was the major infectious disease in winter and spring in our hospital,accounting for 41.8% of statutory notifiable infectious diseases（P〈0.05）.Male patients were slightly more than female cases.The patients most came from Hedong and Dongli districts.Varicella occurred mainly in students,workers and commercial service people.The incidence of varicella was obviously seasonal and reached the peak in March to July and October to December.According to the patients with varicella in our hospital,the incidence was high in adolescents and adults,and more than 50% patients were over 15 years old.【Conclusion】The number of patients with varicella in our hospital increased year by year in 2013-2015.The proportion of varicella also increased in statutory notifiable infectious disease.Varicella became a major infectious disease in winter and spring.Meanwhile,the incidence of varicella increased rapidly in adolescents and adults,and the onset age was postponed markedly.This trend should be paid more attention.
