摘要
【目的】研究适应武警部队处置化学事故特需救援装备的研制思路与保障方法。【方法】依据处置化学事故任务特点,结合化学事故救援特殊环境,分析处置化学事故特需救援装备需求,探索适应武警部队化学事故救援装备研制思路。【结果】处置化学事故特需救援装备研制要以救援任务为牵引,充分运用现代高技术手段,走体系化、标准化、模块化和微型化、融合化、无人化研制思路,实现操作人员的专职化和专业化。【结论】对武警部队处置化学事故特需救援装备研制思路的探索,有益于加快部队救援装备专业化的实现步伐,为救援部队提供专业的物质基础和操作人员,为武警部队实现高技术条件下的事故救援提供物质基础和装备技术支撑。
【Objective】To explore the development ways and support approaches of special rescue equipments for chemical accident disposal in PAP.【Methods】Based on the task features of chemical accident disposal and combined with the special environment characteristics of chemical accident rescue,the demands of special rescue equipments for chemical accident disposal were analyzed and the strategic development ways of rescue equipment for chemical accident disposal in PAP were explored.【Results】The development of special rescue equipments should meet with actual chemical accident rescue missions,through modern high-tech measures,with systematic,standardized,modularized,miniaturized,syncretic and unmanned development ideas,by full-time professional personnel.【Conclusion】 By exploring the development ways of special rescue equipments for chemical accident disposal in PAP,the implementation of professional rescue equipments can be accelerated;material basis,professional operation personnel and technical support can be provided for future chemical accident rescue under high-tech conditions.
