IL-6靶向治疗肿瘤的研究进展

Research progress of IL-6 targeted therapy for tumors

人白细胞介素-6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)是由多种细胞产生的促炎细胞因子。抗IL-6治疗能中和IL-6,在肿瘤早期抑制肿瘤细胞增殖,因此IL-6抑制剂在肿瘤防治中的应用性成为研究的热点之一。各种IL-6抑制剂包括抗IL-6单抗Siltuximab和抗IL-6受体单抗Tocilizumab等。目前,IL-6抑制剂临床应用的长期效果及前景尚有待进一步探讨,因此本文对IL-6抑制剂治疗某些系统肿瘤的临床应用性的研究进展加以综述。

Human interleukin-6（IL-6） is a pro-inflammatory cytokine produced by many types of cells.Anti-IL-6 therapy can neutralize IL-6 and suppress the proliferation of cancer cells at early stage.Therefore,IL-6 inhibitors have become one of hot research spots on anti-tumor strategies.A series of IL-6 inhibitors include siltuximab which is an anti-IL6 mAb and tocilizumab which is an anti-IL-6R mAb,etc.At present,long-term therapeutic efficacy and prospect of IL-6 inhibitors in the clinical application remain to be further explored.Hence this review summarized the research progress of IL-6 inhibitors in the clinical application of anti-tumor therapy.
