民族地区职业教育定向培养模式探析

On the Directed Vocational Education Mode in Ethnic Minority Areas

民族地区职业教育的发展不仅要追求数量扩张,更要注重质量提升,而人才培养模式是影响质量提升的重要因素。民族地区现有的职业教育人才培养模式存在定位不明确、专业设置不合理、缺乏民族特色、服务民族地区经济社会发展能力薄弱等一系列问题。基于此,文章在对民族地区职业教育现有人才培养模式及其存在的问题进行分析的基础上,根据民族地区经济社会发展需要,提出"职业院校+地方+行业"的职业教育定向培养模式的构想,并对该模式的提出依据、内涵进行了论证。最后对"职业院校+地区+行业"的定向培养模式进行构想和总体设计,以期为民族地区职业教育的发展提供有益思路,进而促进定向培养模式在民族地区职业教育领域的运行和推广。

The development of vocational education in ethnic minority areas needs not only the expansion in quantity, but also the improvement in quality. And talents cultivation model is the important factor that affects the quality. Currently, there are a series of problems of the cultivation model of vocational education in ethnic minority areas, such as unclear orientation, unreasonable professional installation, the lack of national characteristics, the weakness of economic and social development and so on. Based on the analysis of the existing problems of the vocational education in ethnic minority areas, the paper, according to the developmental needs, puts forward a directed vocational education mode：vocational schools＋region＋industry. And an arguementation is made as regards its motivation and connotation. Finally,a conception and overall design are made in hope of shedding light on the development of vocational education in ethnic minority areas and improving the operation and promotion of the mode.
