摘要
根据已有的目的性职业价值观模型可将大学生目的性职业价值观分为九种类型:个人成就型、个人与社会发展型、社会服务型、发展与地位追求型、家庭与社会兼顾型、地位实现型、个人与家庭协调型、家庭稳定型、目标犹豫型。据此从性别、年级、家庭居住地三个维度对广东5所高校的学生进行目的性职业价值观调查发现,不同群体的学生在职业选择上均有明确的目的性,但也存在职业选择普遍注重个体利益而较少考虑集体利益的问题。因此,应把握职业价值观教育的时间性,并将集体主义教育融入职业价值观教育。
According to the current models, intentional vocational values for college students are divided into nine types: personal achievement, personal and social development, social service, pursuit of development and status, family and society coordination, status achievement, individual and family coordination, family stability, and target hesitation. Based upon the nine values, we use three indicators-gender, grades and residences-to survey college students in 5 universities in Guangdong and find that different groups of students have a clear purpose in choosing careers. However, students focus more on individual interests than collective interests when making career choices. Therefore, the paper intends to discuss the timeliness of vocational values education and the strategy of combining collectivism education with vocational values education to solve the problem.
