果聚糖接枝丙烯酰胺絮凝剂的制备研究

摘要 以果聚糖(F)、丙烯酰胺(AM)为原料,硝酸铈铵(CAN)为引发剂,利用微波辅助溶液聚合法制备了一种果聚糖接枝丙烯酰胺(F-g-PAM)新型絮凝剂,并通过红外光谱仪、扫描电子显微镜、热重分析仪对F-g-PAM的结构和热稳定性进行了表征。系统考察了AM质量、CAN质量对F-g-PAM的接枝率、特性黏度的影响,综合分析得出最佳工艺条件为:m(F)∶m(AM)∶m(CAN)为1∶16∶0.2,对应F-g-PAM接枝率为1921.7%,特性黏度为2.48 d L/g。以质量分数为1%的煤粉悬浮液为模拟废水,通过絮凝和沉降实验探讨F-g-PAM的絮凝性能,结果表明,最佳絮凝质量浓度为1.0 mg/L,且接枝率越高,特性黏度越大,絮凝效果越好,絮凝体的沉降速度也越快。 A novel acrylamide grafting fructan (F-g-PAM) flocculant is prepared by microwave assisted solution polymerization method with fructan (F) , acrylamide (AM) as raw materials, ceric ammonium nitrate (CAN) as initiator. The chemical structure and thermal stability of F-g-PAM is characterized by infrared spectrometer, scanning electron microscopy and thermo gravimetric analyzer. The effects of AM dosage, CAN dosage on the grafting rate and intrinsic viscosity of grafting product are determined systematically.The comprehensive analysis shows that the optimum conditions are as follows:m(F) :m(AM) :m (CAN)= 1:16:0. 2, and then the grafting rate and intrinsic viscosity of F-g-PAM is 1 921.7 percent and 2.48 dL/g. The flocculation performance of F-g-PAM is studied by flocculation and sedimentation experiments with 1% mass fraction of coal powder suspension as a simulative wastewater. Results show that the best flocculation dosage is 1.0 mg/L.For the grafted product, the higher the grafting rate, the bigger the intrinsic viscosity, the better the flocculation effect, the faster the settling velocity of flocculating colloid.
