摘要
采用预处理+高效生物净化的联合一体化处理方法处理污水处理站构筑物的恶臭气体。按3 500 m^3/h及25 000 m^3/h各设计一套除臭设备。装置对硫化氢的去除率在99%以上,对氨气的去除率在85%以上,排放气体达到《恶臭污染物排放标准》(GB 14554—93)二级排放标准。介绍了工艺流程设计,给出了主要设计参数及设备参数,以及主要恶臭气体的去除效果。
The combining integration process of pretreatment and high efficiency biological purification is adopted to deal with the stench of sewage treatment station structures. Two deodorant devices with capacity of 3 500 m^3/h and 25 000 m^3/h respectively are designed and manufactured. By using these two devices alone, removal rate of hydrogen sulfide is above 99% ,that of ammonia exceeds 85% ,and the discharged gas reaches the second grade emission standard of "Emission Standards for Odor Pollutants" (GB 1455493).This paper introduces the process design,and presents the main design parameters and equipment parameters, and removal efficiency of main odor gases.
