CO_2激光联合5%咪喹莫特乳膏治疗扁平疣的临床研究

Clinical Research on Treating Verruca Plana Jointlywith CO_2 Laser and 5% Mi Sinensis Mott Cream

目的观察CO_2激光联合5%咪喹莫特乳膏治疗扁平疣的有效性和安全性。方法选取2015年1月至2016年1月,扁平疣患者120例,采用随机数字表法,分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组患者62例,采用超脉冲CO_2激光治疗联合5%咪喹莫特乳膏治疗;对照组患者58例,单纯采用超脉冲CO_2激光治疗,治疗结束后连续3个月观察两组患者的临床疗效与复发情况并比较分析。结果治疗组患者的总有效率高于对照组,两组总有效率间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者复发率为3.63%,而对照组患者复发率为18.60%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CO_2激光联合5%咪喹莫特乳膏治疗扁平疣可以提高临床疗效,安全性高、不良反应轻微、复发率低,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect and safety of the combined therapy of CO2 laser and 5% mi sinensis mulder cream on flat warts. Methods Altogether 120 patients of verruca plana treated in our dermatological clinic from Jan. 2015 to Jan. 2016 were divided ran- domly into the treatment group and control group. The patients in the treatment group were treated with ultra-pulse CO2 laser and 5% mi sinensis mulder cream, and those in the control group only with ultra-pulse CO2 laser. After the treatment for 3 consecutive months, the clinical efficacy of the twogroups was compared and analyzed. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 100.0%, 96. 6% over that of the control group, and the difference was sta- tistically significant （P 〈 0. 05）. The recurrence rates of the treatment group and control group were 3.63% and 18. 60% respectively,indicating a difference that was statistically significant （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusions Featuring better efficacy, high safety, rare adverse reactions anda lower recurrence rate, combined application of CO2 laser and 5% mi sinensis mott cream should be widely adopted for clinical treatment of flat warts.
