摘要
弱激光疗法(low level laser therapy,LLLT)和发光二极管(light emitting diode therapy,LEDT)疗法广泛用于治疗运动损伤所造成的骨关节炎、肌肉疼痛、功能障碍及促进骨骼肌损伤后的再生等方面,随着LLLT和LEDT在运动训练领域研究的深入,LLLT和LEDT在提高运动员的肌肉力量和爆发力、改善机体有氧工作能力、促进肌肉疲劳和延迟性肌肉酸痛的恢复等方面也取得了一定进展。鉴于LLLT和LEDT操作方便、效果明确、费用低、无不良反应等优点,有望在运动训练领域具有较好的发展前景。本文主要就LLLT和LEDT在运动训练领域的应用和光生物调节作用(photobiomodulation,PBM)调控机制两个方面进行综述。
Low level laser therapy (LLLT) and light emitting diode therapy (LEDT) has been used broadly to treat exercise -related osteo- arthritis and muscular pain and to improve functional disorder and skeletal muscle repair. With the development of the research on and clinical application of LLLT and LEDT, it is now known that LLLT and LEDT is effective to improve muscle strength and aerobic capac- ity, accelerate recovery of sports fatigue and relieve delayed onset muscle soreness. 'Having such advantages as being easy to operate, costing lowly and having rare adverse drug reactions, LLLT and LEDT is expected to have better clinical prospects in sports training field. This paper reviews mainly the mechanism for LLLT and LEDT to improve exercise performance and fatigue recovery and the re- search progresses made in this area.
