摘要 空间应用系统中载荷多样、配电性能要求高,固态功率控制器(Solid-State Power Controller,SSPC)作为一种高可靠固态智能开关,能够更好的满足空间实验的电源管理需求。针对空间应用中配电系统高可靠性,通用性及标准化的要求,基于Open VPX标准,通过选用高性能器件、高可靠电路设计和数字控制,实现了8路5 VDC^150 VDC耐压直流固态功率控制器。该直流固态控制器反时限曲线一致性强,可靠性高达0.99,满足28 V和100 V两种航天母线电压,能够作为标准模块应用于空间应用中的电源管理单元。 For space experiments, Power Distribution Systems (PDS) needs to meet various requirements of loads with high performance. Therefore, the Solid-State Power Controller (SSPC) with high reliability are used to improve the performance of Power Distribution Systems. Consider the system's high reliability, standardization demands and good versatility, the high reliable design and high performance device are used while design the hardware, as well as the OpenVPX standards. At last, an 8-Channel DC-SSPC with 5 -150V voltage is realizedl The SSPC 's inverse-time characteristic is consist, the reliability of SSPC is higher than 0.99, except that, as the SSPC can suitable for working under 28V and 100V, it is used in the (PDS) as an standard module.
