豆胶杨木和芦苇刨花板的工艺及特性研究 被引量:2

摘要 以杨木和芦苇为原料,通过正交试验和单因素试验,研究了施胶量和热压三要素对豆胶杨木刨花板的影响;通过单因素试验,比较了豆胶和脲胶芦苇刨花板的性能差别。试验结果表明:施胶量和热压温度是影响豆胶杨木和芦苇刨花板的两个主要因素。在本项试验条件下,当施胶量12%、热压温度170℃、热压时间9min、热压压力3MPa时,豆胶杨木和芦苇刨花板性能最佳,脲胶刨花板的性能优于豆胶刨花板,芦苇刨花板的力学性能低于杨木刨花板。 Through orthogonal experiment and single factor test, studying the influence of the amount of adhesive and the three elements of hot-pressing particleboard based on poplar bonded by soy protein adhesive, compareing to the difference of properties between poplar particleboard and reed studied by single factor test. The study found that resin content and hot-pressing temperature are the two main influencing factors of particleboard based based on the materials of polar and reed. Under the conditions, optimal properties of the poplar-based and the reed-based particleboard bonded by soy protein adhesive are obtained with resin content 12%, hot-pressing temperature 170~C,hot-pressing time 9 rain and hot-pressing pressure 3MPa.The properties of particleboard bonded by UF are better than that by soy protein adhesive. The properties &reed-based particleboard are worse than that of the poplar-based partieleboard.
