职业青年阶层分化的资本检视

An Analysis of Class Differentiation of Professional Youth from the Perspective of Capital

文章以安徽地区为主要抽样范围,得到801份调查问卷,以此为依据,分析资本在职业青年阶层地位分化上的意义以及高等教育在两者之间的作用。分析表明,资本在职业青年阶层地位获得上发挥着作用,但是在职业青年阶层地位的发展上意义不显著;资本通过高等教育间接实现在代际间的传递,造成职业青年阶层地位的固化;高等教育在促进职业青年向上流动时也发挥着积极作用,且总体上体现的价值要大于其对阶层固化的意义。

On the basis of the data collected from 801 questionnaires distributed mainly in Anhui Prov- ince, this paper analyzes the significance of capital in the class differentiation of professional youth and the function of higher education between them. The result shows that capital plays a role in the acquisition of certain social class of professional youth, but is not so remarkable in its development. By way of higher education, capital is transferred indirectly between generations, which~ in turn, solidifies the position of professional youth. On the other hand, higher education plays a positive role in promo- ting them upward, the value of which outweighs the significance of it in the solidification of social class.
