摘要
以甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯、丙烯酸乙酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯以及丙烯酸为主要原料,采用半连续乳液聚合方法制备具有核壳结构的氟化聚丙烯酸酯乳液,并将其用于皮革涂饰。采用傅里叶红外光谱、光电子能谱、投射电子显微镜、热重法等,研究了制备产物的结构及性能。结果表明:此法可制备出泛蓝光的氟化聚丙烯酸酯乳液,该乳液具有良好的稳定性且粒子的核壳结构明显,胶膜具有较高的耐热稳定性。用其涂饰的皮革的防水性能明显提高。
The fluorinated acrylate emulsion with core-shell structure was prepared with dodecafluoroheptyl meth- acrylate, ethyl acrylate, methyl methacrylate and acrylic acid used as main raw materials through semi-continuous e- mulsion polymerization method, and it was applied to leather finishing. Structures and properties of the prepared prod- uct were studied by FT-IR, XPS, TEM and TG and so on. Results indicate that this method can be used to prepare bluish fluorinated polyacrylate emulsion. The emulsion has has relatively high thermal stability. Being used in leather improved significantly. good stability and clear core-shell particles, and its film finishing, waterproof performance of the leather would be
