含氟丙烯酸酯皮革涂饰剂的制备及应用

Preparation and application of fluorine-containing acrylate leather finishing agent

以甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯、丙烯酸乙酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯以及丙烯酸为主要原料,采用半连续乳液聚合方法制备具有核壳结构的氟化聚丙烯酸酯乳液,并将其用于皮革涂饰。采用傅里叶红外光谱、光电子能谱、投射电子显微镜、热重法等,研究了制备产物的结构及性能。结果表明:此法可制备出泛蓝光的氟化聚丙烯酸酯乳液,该乳液具有良好的稳定性且粒子的核壳结构明显,胶膜具有较高的耐热稳定性。用其涂饰的皮革的防水性能明显提高。

The fluorinated acrylate emulsion with core-shell structure was prepared with dodecafluoroheptyl meth- acrylate, ethyl acrylate, methyl methacrylate and acrylic acid used as main raw materials through semi-continuous e- mulsion polymerization method, and it was applied to leather finishing. Structures and properties of the prepared prod- uct were studied by FT-IR, XPS, TEM and TG and so on. Results indicate that this method can be used to prepare bluish fluorinated polyacrylate emulsion. The emulsion has has relatively high thermal stability.
