摘要
以N,N-二甲基乙醇胺和癸酸为原料制备了N-[2-(癸酰氧基)乙基]-N,N-二甲基胺,然后利用其与反-1,4-二氯-2-丁烯进行季铵化反应得到了双子季铵盐,并借助傅立叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、核磁共振氢谱(1H NMR)以及质谱对其结构进行了验证。抑菌试验表明,该季铵盐对革兰氏阳性菌(金黄色葡萄球菌)和革兰氏阴性菌(大肠杆菌)均有较好的抑菌性。
The N- ( 2- ( decanoyloxy ) ethyl ) -N, N- dimethylamine was synthesized by using N, N-dimethylethano- lamine and decanoic acid as raw materials. The gemini quatemary ammonium salt was obtained by quaterisation of trans-1,4-dichloro-2- butene and N - (2-(decanoyloxy) ethyl) - N, N- dimethylamine. The structure of gemini quaternary ammonium salt was studied by Fourier transform infrared spectra (FT- IR ), 1H nuclear magnetic resonance spectra (1H-NMR) and mass spectra. The results of antibacterial test show that the prepared gemini qua- ternary ammonium salt has good antibacterial activity against gram- positive bacteria (Staphylococcus aureus) and gram-negative bacteria (Escherichia coli).
