摘要
以水性聚氨酯/丙烯酸酯混合乳液为含浸树脂制备超细纤维合成革基布,考察了丙烯酸酯的碱溶性,研究了丙烯酸酯含量对基布微观结构、手感和力学性能的影响。结果表明:碱减量45min后,丙烯酸酯可与海岛纤维中的海组分同时被碱液全部溶出。随着丙烯酸酯含量的提高,基布中超细纤维的松散程度增大,基布的柔软度、回弹性和丰满度提高。当丙烯酸酯含量达到30%时,基布的柔软度、回弹性、丰满度分别为溶剂型聚氨酯基布的96.6%、95.7%和87.2%。相对于溶剂型基布,水性超纤革基布的拉伸负荷和撕裂负荷降低了6.5%~10.9%和6.7%~11.7%。
Microfiber synthetic leather base was prepared by using waterborne polyurethane/acrylate mixed emul- sion as impregnated resin. The alkali solubility of acrylate was studied. The effect of acrylate contents in mixed emul- sion on the microstructure, handle and mechanical properties of microfiber synthetic leather base was researched. It is found that the acrylate could be fully extracted together with sea component of sea-island fiber after 45min during al- kali deweighting process. The loose extent of microfiber synthetic leather base increases with the increasing of acrylate content, and the softness, elasticity and fullness of the base will be improved as well. When the content of acrylate in mixed emulsion is 30%, the softness, elasticity and fullness of the base are 96. 6% ,95.7 % and 87.2% of the solvent -based polyurethane base respectively. While' the tensile load and tearing load of the microfiber synthetic leather base are decreased by 6. 5% - 10. 9% and 6. 7% -11.7% respectively, when compared with those of the solvent-based polyurethane base.
