缸内直喷汽油车WLTC颗粒物排放试验研究 被引量:7

摘要 对某国Ⅴ排放水平缸内直喷汽油车进行WLTC排放试验,并对颗粒物质量、数量、粒径分布和组分进行研究。结果表明,该车颗粒物质量排放为1.8 mg/km,固态颗粒物数量排放满足国Ⅵ过渡限值,起动、加速工况固态颗粒物及总颗粒物数量排放增大,减速工况、热机起动时减小;颗粒物以100 nm以下的超细颗粒物为主,呈双峰分布形态,在10 nm、60 nm附近取颗粒物数量排放峰值;颗粒物可溶性有机组分主要为脂肪酸。 The characteristics of particulate emissions from a Gasoline Direct Injection (GDI) vehicle complying with China V emission standards were investigated under WLTC on the chassis dynamometer, particulate mass, particulate number, particle size distribution and components were studied. The results show that the particulate mass emission of the vehicle is 1.8 mg/kin, and the number of solid particles meets China VI interim emission limit, the number of solid particles and total particulate matter increase during the phases of start and acceleration, and decrease in deceleration and hot-start condition; Most of particulate emission is ultrafine particulate with a diameter of less than 100 nm, the characteristic of particle number size distribution is bimodal distribution, with peak values appearing at 10 nm and 60 nm respectively; Soluble Organic Fractions (SOF) are mainly composed of fatty acids.
