与其把“都市折叠”当成一场当代艺术展览.不如说是一次方向明确的社会实践。从对艺术家或项目协同者的选择上能发现其有别于“艺术展览”的尝试:“新工人影像小组”的成员王德志是活跃在打工者自组织社区的带头人和文化工作者。
"Rebel Cities" should be considered as social practice with a clear direction than a contemporary art exhibition. Evidence can be found in the choice of the artists and project collaborators: Wang Dezhi is a member of the Migrant Workers' Video Collective as well as an active leader and cultural worker among the self-organized workers' community.
