摘要
为了实现故障检测自动定位测试系统,利用机器视觉技术,为故障检测自动定位测试系统开发视觉定位系统。系统是在C#.net环境下,利用美国Cognex公司的VisionPor机器视觉开发软件进行开发的,主要完成硬件设备配置、相机校准和图像定位等核心工作。相机校准利用了Checkerboard图像卷绕技术,而图像定位采用了Pat Max图像模版匹配定位算法。可靠的算法保证本系统可以达到0.3mm图像定位精度。
This system is developed in the C#.net environment and is based on Cognex company's machine vision de- velopment software VisionPro,mainly to complete the hardware device configuration,camera calibration and image positioning, such as the core work.The camera calibration is completed based on the Checkerboard tool which uses image warping technology,and the image positioning uses the PatMax image template matching algorithm.Reliable algorithm ensure that the system can achieve O.2mm image positioning accuracy,
