运用微波料位检测,取代了传统的煤仓料位检测-γ射线料位测量。回顾了常用于传统煤仓料位测量的一般方法,对于煤仓料位测量的新要求,介绍了两种全新解决方案:称重式和微波式料位检测方法,项目中采用了更为优越的微波料位检测,此方法测量精确、可靠性高、免维护,具有一定的应用价值。

The microwave level detection is used to replace the γ-ray level measurement which is the traditional coal bin material level detection. In this paper, two new solutions, weighing and microwave level detection methods are introduced for the new requirements of the measurement of coal bin material level. The project adopts more superior microwave level detection which has a certain value with the accuracy, high reliability and maintenance-free.
