英汉话题结构对比研究

A contrastive study on topic-structure in English and Chinese

从语言心理和语言习惯的角度看,英语的话题结构属于非正常词序,多由移位生成,汉语的话题结构则是正常词序;从标记理论的角度看,英语话题结构中的话题均属于有标记话题,而汉语中的话题有很大一部分是无标记话题;从语言类型学的角度看,英语是注重主语的语言,而汉语则是注重话题的语言。

Topic structure is not the natural word order in English and it is formed by topicalization. The topic structure in English is highly marked and English is a subject-prominent language. While topic structure in Chinese is quite normal and unmarked, and Chinese is a topic-prominent language.
