铸造合金CoCrMoW锻造工艺的研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过对CoCrMoW合金电渣锭在两种不同的保温制度下保温后进行两种不同的锻造变形方式开坯锻造,研究了CoCrMoW电渣锭锻造保温温度及锻造变形方式对可锻性的影响。试验研究结果表明:CoCrMoW合金电渣锭在1220℃保温1 h后采用整体锻造,锻件的表面质量与内部质量良好;1200℃保温2 h后,采用整体锻造,锻件的表面质量良好,但是内部有缺陷产生;CoCrMoW合金电渣锭在1220℃保温1 h后锻造变形,电渣锭采用分段锻造时表面出现开裂,采用整体锻造时表面质量与内部质量良好;经过开坯后的小规格坯料再继续开坯或锻成品时,分段锻造与整体锻造均可采用。该合金合理的锻造保温温度为1220~1240℃,电渣锭锻造变形方式必须采用整体锻造;小规格锻造方坯变形方式宜采用整体锻造,但也可采用分段锻造。 For CoCrMoW electroslag remehing ingots, the influences of holding temperatures and forging processes on forgeability were studied by forging the casting alloy CoCrMoW electroslag remelting ingots under two different holding temperatures and two different forging processes. The result shows that both surface quality and internal soundness of CoCrMoW electroslag remelting ingots are all right by whole forging at 1220 ℃ for 1 h, while the surface quality is good, but the internal soundness is bad at 1200 ℃ for 1 h. However, the forging deformation occurs after heating at 1220 ℃ for 1 h, and it cracks on the surface by sectional forging. Furthermore, the sectional forging and whole forging can be applied to small standard stock that is opened billet continually or forged alter the opened billet, and the holding temperature is 1220 - 1240 ℃. However, the best deformation model of CoCrMoW electroslag remehing ingots is forged as a whole, and the deformation model of small standard stock can be forged as a whole or forged sectionally.
