摘要
分析了低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)电缆料基料2240H在低温时挤出扭矩升高的原因,并结合装置工艺特点,进行了工艺条件的优化调整。调整后,产品中长支链含量减少,短支链含量可控,提高了产品低温挤出平稳性,满足了市场对2240H的质量要求。
After analyzing the reason of cold-extrusion torque increasing of the insulated cable base material 2240H process parameters were adjusted according to the unit process characteristic. The content of the long chain and the short chain of the product were decreased,and the extrusion stability at low temperature was improved. The quality of 2240H meets the market demand after improvement.
