摘要
将添加废旧料的聚乙烯树脂,经过吹塑成型等加工过程制成塑料包装容器后,进行差示扫描量热测试。结果表明,废旧料制成的塑料成型品结晶焓值较废旧料本身提高23.5%。随着回收料添加比例的增大,成型品的结晶焓值逐渐降低。废旧料制成的成型品结晶焓值比新料成型品的降低了12.8%。
The recycled materials and PE resin were mixed, and the plastic packaging containers were made by blow molding process. The plastic containers were tested by DSC. The results show that the enthalpy value of plastic container made from recycled material is 23.5% higher than that of pure recycled material. With the increase of the proportion of recycled material, the enthalpy of the plastic containers decreases gradually. The enthalpy value of the plastic containers made from recycled material is 12.8% lower than that of the new material.
