技术创新对工业经济增长的贡献研究——基于不同的工业化发展阶段

The Research of the Contribution to Industrial Economic Growth from Technological Innovation——Based on the Different Stages of Industrialization

经济增长理论认为创新与经济增长之间存在强相关关系。技术创新主要是通过技术创新成果的转化,提高产业效率,进而促进经济增长。文章在构建经济增长的理论模型和技术创新水平的理论模型基础上,选择产生技术创新的相关要素和经济增长与技术创新水平进行分阶段实证分析,发现在不同的工业化发展阶段,相关要素的弹性存在差异。最后,文章提出分阶段采取不同的R&D经费投入策略、合理配置研发劳动力的投入、注重技术创新成果向生产力的合理转化、注重知识资本市场的建设等相关结论和建议。

Economic growth theory think that there is a strong correlation between innovation and economic growth. Technological innovation improve the industrial efficiency through the transformation of technological innovation, and then promote economic growth. This paper construct theoretical model of economic growth and the level of technological innovation and make some empirical analysis. Our empirical result shows that the differences of elastic elements in different stages of industrialization. Finally, the article puts forward to some conclusion and suggestions, such as adopting different stages R＆D investment strategy, the rational allocation of labor, focus on technological innovation achievements conversion into productivity, pay attention to the construction of t knowledge capital market.
