摘要
文章基于技术转移理论对大学技术成果转化路径选择决策进行了探讨。将大学技术成果转化路径分为许可交易、战略合作与自主转化三大路径,比较了不同路径的特点,然后对影响大学技术成果转化路径选择的环境因素进行了探讨,在此基础上整合了技术排他性、互补性资产排他性、合作方吸收能力、合作方参与创新的重要性、用户参与创新的重要性及合作方诚信保证机制等因素,提出了集成化的大学技术成果转化路径选择决策模型,通过该模型对适用于许可交易、战略合作与自主转化三大路径的多种情景进行了梳理。最后基于该模型进行了案例分析。研究为大学进行技术成果转化路径选择决策提供了"一以贯之"的理论参考,对于促进大学技术成果转化具有较好的决策参考意义。
This paper explores the selection of transformation paths for university technology achievements based on the theories of technology transfer. The transformation paths for university technology achievements are classified into three main paths including licensing deals, strategical cooperation and autonomous transformation whose properties are compared with each other. Then the main environmental factors which influencing the selection of transformation paths are discussed. After that, this paper puts forward an integrated model for selecting transformation paths of university technology achievements by integrating influence factors such as technology excludability, complementary assets excludability, absorptive capacity of cooperative partners, importance of cooperative partner involvement in innovation, importance of user involvement in innovation, and the credit guarantee mechanisms. According to the model, different kinds of scenarios suitable for different transformation paths of university technology achievements are teased out. Finally, case studies are discussed based on the integrated model. This study provides some new insights in establishing a coherent theoretical guiding system for the decision on transformation-path selection of university technology achievements and has some significance in promoting the transformation of university technology achievements.
