区域科技创新与科技金融的协同发展研究——基于系统耦合理论的分析

Research on Synergetic Development between Regional Sci-tech Innovation and Sci-tech Finance——Based on Coupling Theory

科技金融对科技创新起着支撑引领作用,科技创新也可以促进科技金融的健康有序发展。科技创新与科技金融之间存在交互耦合关系。从区域科技创新与科技金融的耦合机理分析入手,运用耦合协调度评价模型对苏南五市科技创新与科技金融耦合效应进行测度,并利用Logistic生长曲线趋势外推法模型对其2015-2020年"科技创新-科技金融"耦合协调度进行预测。最后借鉴上海张江、武汉东湖、北京中关村等国家自主创新示范区的政策,提出了苏南区域科技创新与科技金融耦合升级的相关建议。

Sci-tech finance is the important support for sci-tech Innovation. Sci-tech innovation can promote the healthy and or- derly development of the sci-tech finance. There is interaction coupling relationship between Sei-tech innovation and sci-tech finance. Based on the coupling relationship, uses the evaluation model of coupling coordinated degree to evaluate the coupling coordinated degr- ees of 5city in the south of jiangsu. Constructs Logistic growth curve trend extrapolation model to predict the coupling coordinated degr- ees from 2015 to 2020. Draw lessons from the policy of national independent innovation demonstration zone, such as shanghai zhangji- ang, wuhan donghu, and beijing zhongguancun. Finally, we put forward related policy recommendations.
