探索体育产业介入工业空间开发利用的可行性,为体育产业发展和工业转型升级面临的问题提供解决思路。梳理国内、外工业空间开发利用的理论与实践,分析原材料工业与体育产业发展的背景和需求,根据体育产业投资现状分析体育空间运营前景。提出体育产业介入工业空间开发利用的模式设计:通过功能置换将工业空间改造成体育活动空间或体育服务空间,通过功能再造在原有工业用地的基础上开发竞技型体育空间、非竞技型体育空间和体育商业服务空间。在此基础上,分析体育产业介入工业空间开发利用存在的问题,并从政府、企业、社会资本职能和模式创新的角度进行未来展望。
