根据实测出的动态应变数据,采用载荷谱统计后,基于S-N(应力-寿命)曲线进行损伤计算,利用Miner损伤累积理论计算得到结构的使用寿命,为判定转向架构架静强度试验、疲劳试验及有限元计算分析等相关的技术文件的合理性提供依据。

According to the measured dynamic strain data, and calculated by the load spectrum, the damage of bogie frame is calculated based the S-N （stress-life） curve, providing a basis for determining the rationality of the relevant technical documents such as static strength test, fatigue test and finite element analysis.
