Dynamics modal analysis of rotating platform based on ANSYS

摘要 简要介绍了旋转式吸音板自动生产设备,并通过Solid Works软件对生产线的旋转平台进行三维实体建模,为了预测旋转平台的振动情况,运用ANSYS Workbench软件对其进行动力学模态分析,获得了前六阶固有频率与振型,从而了解了旋转平台的振动特性,为生产线的优化设计提供了重要参考。 Briefly introduces the automatic production equipment of rotary sound-absorbing board. In addition, a three-dimensional model of the rotating platform of Sound-absorbing board production line is established by the use of Solidworks. In order to predict the vibration of the rotating platform, a dynamics modal analysis using the software,ANSYS Workbench,is carried out for it, and we obtained its inherent frequency and its mode of vibration eventually. Consequently,it is good for us to have a knowledge of the vibration characteristic of the rotating platform, which provides an important reference for the production line of optimization design.
