摘要 螺纹的加工质量是决定螺纹连接可靠性的重要一环,一些高要求的紧固件需要逐个检验,检验过程是一系列动作的重复,一款专门的自动化检测设备可以大大减轻工人劳动强度,提升检测效率。为此,开发了一台内螺纹自动检测机,目的是为了实现对一定尺寸范围内螺纹检测的自动化、检测结果的数字化。PLC作为核心控制元件,能够实现对控制系统的各个部件的协调控制。触摸屏作为人机交互界面,实时显示系统状态和检测结果。 Thread joint is one of the most widely used joint in industry, agriculture and daily life. The quality of thread is an important element which determining its reliability. Some high demanding fasteners must be detected one by one. Detection process is a series of repeated actions. Specially designed automation equipment can greatly reduce the labor intensity, enhance the effi- ciency of detection. Therefore, the control system for automatic internal thread detection machine has been developed. This system aimed to realize the automatic detection of a certain size range of internal thread and digital detection results. PLC as the core control component, has realized the coordinated control of parts of the control system. Using the touch screen as human-computer interaction, can realize real-time display system status and test results.
