摘要
针对大型复杂产品的适应性设计,基于时间成本的考虑,将通过设计的更改完成新产品设计所需的时间与重新设计新产品所需的时间的比值作为衡量设计适应性能力的指标。以产品设计的适应性任务为实例检索对象,从相似性、重用性和定制柔性3个方面来度量适应性,提出了设计适应性的计算方法。最后将提出的适应性评价方法用于轨道式集装箱门式起重机的设计中,验证了该方法的可行性和实用性。
Abstract:For the adaptive design of the large complex product, the ratio of the time required for new product design by adapting the existing design and the time required for redesign product can be used as evaluation index of design adaptability based on time costs. From the aspect of similarity, design reuse and customized flexibility, the adaptability was measured by retrieving the adaptive tasks of product design, and a new calculation method of design adaptability was proposed. Finally, an example of rail mounted gantry container crane was used to demonstrate the feasibility and practical value of the proposed method.
