《外台秘要方》中黄连治疗消渴的配伍规律研究

Research on Compatibility Rule of Huanglian (Coptis Chinensis,黄连) in “Waitai Miyao Fang”(外台秘要方)

从《外台秘要方》中筛选出应用黄连治疗消渴的相关条文32条。经统计分析,黄连治疗消渴多配伍瓜蒌(根)、麦冬、人参、生地黄等,且重视小方的应用。从现代药理来看,这些与黄连配伍的药物多具有改善血糖的作用,反映出其配伍的意义。此外,消渴的治疗非常重视痈疽的防治和方药剂型的选择。这些都为今后临床和科研提供了参考。

Thirty-fwo relevant articles on the treatment of consumptive thirst applying Huanglian （ Coptis Chinensis, 黄连） in Waitai Miyao Fang （外台秘要） were selected to study. After statistical analysis, it was found that Huanglian was often combined with Gualou （Fructus Trichosanthis,瓜蒌） （root）, Maidong （Ophiopogon Japonicus, 麦冬） , Renshen （ Panax ginseng, 人参 ）, Shengdihuang （ Rehmannia glutinosa, 生地黄 ）, etc. in treating consumptive thirst, and the appliance of minor prescription was valued. Based on modem pharmacological studies, most of these herbs used in compatibility with Huanglian had function of improving blood glucose, which reflects the meaning of its compatibility. Moreover, much more attention was paid in the treatment of consumptive thirst paid to prevent and treat carbuncle-abscess and to select prescription pattern. All of these offered reference for future clinical practice and research.
