摘要
前传动是某型传动装置的动力输入部分,包含的主被动锥齿轮是整机的核心零件。论文基于系统矩理论,以主被动锥齿轮轴线偏置距为研究对象,应用三维系统公差分析软件对包括壳体、轴、轴承、定位销在内的可能影响偏置距的相关因素的尺寸公差几形位公差进行分析,根据分析结果确定影响的主要因素,并提出了公差分配优化方法。
Before transmission is a certain type of drive power input portion,contains the main passive spiral bevel gear is the core of the whole machine parts. Based on the theory of system matrix,the passive spiral bevel gear axis offset distance as the research object,the application of three dimensional tolerance analysis software system for including shell,shaft,bearing,positioning pin,may affect the offset distance of the related factors of the size tolerance of several shape tolerance is analyzed,according to the results of analysis to determine the influence of the main factors, and put forward the optimization method of tolerance allocation.
