摘要
鉴于海上油田环境条件苛刻,现有原油脱水电源技术存在不足以及应用过程中存在的问题。文中提出一种采用两级架构、多单元串联组合设计模式,研制出一种频率、电压、脉冲连续可调的电源设备。它能实现不同含水率的油田采出液一站式分离,减少了破乳剂用量,降低了处理成本。目前已在渤海油田原油分离、老化油处理、酸化压裂返排液处理中成功应用。
In view of the harsh environmental conditions of offshore oil field,the existing crude oil dehydration power technology and the apphcation of the existing problems. In this paper,a power supply device with frequency,voltage and pulse continuously adjustable is developed by using two-stage architecture and multi-unit series combination design pattern. It can achieve a different water content of the oil field one- stop separation of the out'put,reducing the amount of demulsifier,reducing the cost of treatment. Has been in the Bohai Oilfield crude oil separation, aging oil treatment, acid fracturing back to the successful application of liquid treatment.
