摘要
为了测试和提取曳引式电梯曳引轮不同磨损程度时的声发射特征,在曳引机内部固定安装声发射传感器、前置放大器以及无线发射装置,根据电梯曳引机运行过程中的振动特征,研究和开发了基于压电振动俘能的无源声发射传感器,将曳引机运行过程中的振动能量转换为电能,为声发射传感器、前置放大器以及无线发射装置连续供电。结果表明,压电振动俘能器供电稳定,六组压电振动俘能器能够同时满足声发射传感器、前置放大器以及无线发射装置的供电,为实现曳引轮不同程度磨损时的声发射特征提取提供了一种重要的技术手段。
In order to test and extract the acoustic emission characteristics of the traction wheel of traction elevator, acoustic emission sensor, pre amplifier and radio transmitting device are fixed inside the tractor. A passive acoustic emission sensor based on piezoelectric vibration energy harvesting is developed according to the vibration characteristics of elevator traction machine. The vibration energy of the traction machine is converted into electrical energy,which continuously supply power for an acoustic emission sensor, a preamplifier and a wireless transmitter. The results show that the piezoelectric vibration energy harvester is stable,six groups of piezoelectric vibration energy harvester can satisfy the power supply of acoustic emission sensor,preamplifier and wireless transmitter. The invention provides an important technical means for the extraction of acoustic emission characteristics of different degrees of wear of the traction wheel.
