阿托伐他汀联合阿仑膦酸钠治疗骨质疏松症的疗效观察

Observation on Efficacy of Atorvastatin Combined with Alendronate Sodium in Treatment of Osteoporosis

目的:探讨阿托伐他汀联合阿仑膦酸钠治疗骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法:选择2015年1月—2016年1月深圳市南山区人民医院收治的骨质疏松症患者84例,按随机数字表法分为对照1组、对照2组和观察组,每组28例。对照1组患者给予阿托伐他汀钙片,对照2组患者给予阿仑膦酸钠片,观察组患者给予阿托伐他汀钙片联合阿仑膦酸钠片,比较三组患者的治疗效果。结果:治疗后,三组患者的腰椎、股骨颈及Wards三角区的骨密度均较治疗前上升,且观察组患者上升幅度更为明显,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的总有效率为92.86%(26/28),明显高于对照1组的75.00%(21/28)和对照2组的71.43%(20/28),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);三组患者均未见明显不良反应。结论:阿托伐他汀联合阿仑膦酸钠治疗骨质疏松症,可明显改善患者骨密度,效果较好,安全性较高。

OBJECTIVE：To probe into the clinical efficacy of atorvastatin combined with alendronate sodium in treatment of osteoporosis. METHODS ： 84 patients with osteoporosis admitted Shenzhen Nanshan District People＇ s Hospital from Jan. 2015 to Jan. 2016 were selected and divided into control group 1, control group 2 and observation group via the random number table, with 28 cases in each group. The control group 1 was treated with atorvastatin calcium tablets, control group 2 was treated with alendronate sodium tablets, while the observation group was given atorvastatin calcium tablets combined with alendronate sodium. The clinical efficacy of three groups were observed and compared. RESULTS： After treatment, the BMD of lumbar vertebra, neck of femur and Wards trigonum of three groups had been improved compared with before treatment, especially in the observation group, with statistically significant difference （P 〈 0. 05 ） ; The total effective rate of the observation group （92. 86%, 26/28） was significantly higher than that of the control group 1 （75. 00%, 21/28） and the control group 2 （71.43%, 20/28）, with statistically significant difference （P 〈0. 05） ; And there were no serious adverse reactions in any group. CONCLUSIONS： The BMD can be significantly improved by atorvastatin combined with alendronate sodium with better efficacy and safety.
