去氧孕烯炔雌醇片联合龙血竭片治疗剖宫产术后子宫切口憩室的疗效观察

Observation on Efficacy of Desogestrel and Ethinylestradiol Tablets Combined with Longxuejie Tablets in Treatment of Post-cesarean Uterine Incision Diverticulum

目的:探讨去氧孕烯炔雌醇片联合龙血竭片治疗剖宫产术后子宫切口憩室的临床疗效。方法:选取2012年5月—2016年5月襄阳市妇幼保健院收治的剖宫产术后子宫切口憩室患者74例作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组37例。对照组患者给予龙血竭片治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上联合去氧孕烯炔雌醇片治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:观察组患者子宫切口憩室愈合的有效率为86.49%(32/37),显著高于对照组的64.86%(24/37),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访6个月后,观察组患者月经改善总有效率为96.88%(31/32),显著高于对照组的78.79%(26/33),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访2年后,两组患者妊娠率的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:去氧孕烯炔雌醇片联合龙血竭片治疗剖宫产术后子宫切口憩室的疗效良好。

OBJECTIVE：To probe into the clinical efficacy of Desogestrel and ethinylestradiol tablets combined with Longxuejie tablets in treatment of post-cesarean uterine incision diverticulum. METHODS： 74 patients with postcesarean uterine incision diverticulum admitted into Xiangyang Maternal and Child health Hospital from May 2012 to May 2016 were extracted to be divided into observation group and control group via the random number table, with 37 cases in each. The control group was given Longxuejie tablets, while the observation group additionally received Desogestrel and ethinylestradiol tablets based on the control group. The clinical efficacy of two groups were compared RESULTS ： The effective rate of healing of uterine incision diverticulum of observation group was 86.49% （ 32/37 ） , significantly higher than that of control group [ 64. 86 % （24/37） ~, with statistically significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After follow-up for 6 months, the total effective rate of menstrual improvement of observation group was 96.88% （31/32）, significantly higher than that of control group [78.79% （26/33）], with statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05 ）. After follow-up for 2 years, there was no statistical significance between two groups in pregnancy rate （P 〉 0.05 ）. CONCLUSIONS： The efficacy of Desogestrel and ethinylestradiol tablets combined with Longxuejie tablets in treatment of post-cesarean uterine incision diverticulum is remarkable.
